Creating a “Heading” for your work
EXPLAIN:
Purpose: Proper labeling classwork for easy identification.
Rationale: Labeling all class work so you get credit for completing your work. If you lose your work in the hallway, if someone finds it, they will know where to turn it in.

Purpose: Proper labeling classwork for easy identification.
Rationale: Labeling all class work so you get credit for completing your work. If you lose your work in the hallway, if someone finds it, they will know where to turn it in.
Procedure:
- On the top left corner of the paper, you will
print your first name then last name.
- Directly underneath your full name, you will
then write the subject (ex. MATH, SCIENCE, etc)
- Underneath the subject, you will place the class
period (4th, 5th, etc) and my name: MR. Nieto
- Underneath the class period, you will place the
date, in the MONTH/DAY/YEAR format (4/22/15, etc)
- In the middle of the top line, you will place
the title of the paper.
Check for understand: ask if they understand.
- Where does the information go?
- What goes on the first line?
- How do you format the date?
